She Made One Decision – and Overcame Her Diagnoses
Diagnosed with PTSD at age 16 without finding treatments that worked (put on SSRIs and pharmaceuticals that made her worse and caused weight gain, becoming more depressed), by her 20s she was suffering badly with fibromyalgia coming on where she could barely walk to her coffee break at work. At 27 she was diagnosed with adenomyosis where every time her cycle started the pain was comparable to going into labor - spending a couple days in bed screaming in pain, getting so much pain she would throw up, turning into a two-week-long stomach issue that controlled her life between the PTSD and adenomyosis requiring her to plan everything around when her cycle would start. Combined with being triggered all the time in public from the PTSD mental health issues, she was spending most of her life in bed at that point. A friend suggested Dr. Joe's retreats which she saw as just a wellness retreat to meditate and find her ground with no intention of healing until she got there and saw her same diagnoses posted on the screen, realizing in that moment "oh my god, I'm going to heal this week" and recognizing she had become a complete victim to her life. She made the choice to no longer let the diagnosis, fear, or traumas rule her life anymore, and slowly throughout the week felt different things being released after every meditation, texting her best friend "I'm a whole new woman" after each one and truly believing it. A woman who started Dr. Joe's work in 2019 had a very large mole near her ear that kept growing bigger, causing such worry and self-consciousness that she always wore her hair down to cover it, avoided facials, never told her husband (though he knew), and feared having to see a doctor. When a scab on her leg from a fall kept falling off, she thought her mole looked similar and perhaps it would fall off too. He Answered the Call of His Future Self – and Taught Himself to Heal
Theodor had abdominal pain and sleep difficulties, and after a CT scan was diagnosed with a 19-20 centimeter kidney tumor (kidney cancer) with metastases throughout his body including five-centimeter lung nodules, pancreas, and gut. Doctors prepared him for worst-case scenario with chemo and radiation, and he was hospitalized for about a month. During hospitalization, both his wife and brother-in-law independently gave him the same red Becoming Supernatural book on the same day, which he took as a sign he had to read it. He told doctors he didn't want radiotherapy or conventional treatments; they put him on immunotherapy which unfortunately didn't work and caused his liver enzymes and bilirubin to go sky-high, making him sicker. After discharge, he went to Dr. Joe's website, bought the Formula course, Intensive course, and most meditations, and started daily practice. Some days were difficult and he didn't want to meditate, but he did it anyway, learning meditation meant being aware of thoughts and coming back (not stopping thoughts entirely). For 15 months, he did the work every single day without missing once, realizing "my mind is like a garden" where thoughts are seeds he plants. After 15 months of daily meditation, he had another CT scan and the doctor said "I don't know what you've done but there's nothing in your lung, your CT is clean, nothing in your guts," and the kidney cancer shrank from 19 centimeters to five centimeters with nothing large enough to biopsy. He wasn't doing meditations to heal but to change, and when he changed, he healed. He later won a week-long event as a Catalyst Community donor.
She Healed Autoimmune Disease by Learning to Change

A person meditating for a while attended Denver 2021 retreat and during meditation experienced a really lucid moment where they were holding someone's hand on a beach with a child, seeing the child's face clearly and never forgetting the touch sensed in that hand but couldn't see the other person's face; coming out of meditation their heart told them they were ready to create love in their life. They dove into New York dating scene and in 4 months dated about 100 people, going from feeling insecure to feeling confident despite it being exhausting and full of insecurity and fear of rejection, but their heart gave very clear signs of who's right and who's not. Their intention was very clear - only wanted a conscious relationship with 3 things on their list: beautiful gorgeous man, very excited about change and not afraid, and great chef (rest left to universe to surprise them); they kept walking away from situations that seemed really attractive but heart said "this is not for us" which was really tough sometimes to walk away from really promising men, but they felt confident that when heart said "this is it" they'd know. Tired of dating they stopped, swiping left on the last 12 people on the app and just letting it be; out of nowhere one day somebody texted from those last 12, they met on a date without trying (she wasn't even ready), he changed his mind at last minute almost not coming but his intuition said "if you don't go today you'll be making a mistake." When he walked into the room where she sat with a friend, time stopped for a bleep, her friend said "I think that's your date," and they sat there for 4 hours. They realized this Divine planning had been in the works since 2020 when they first got divorced, creating this future by constantly changing themselves and believing in themselves - the lucid dream was manifestation of change already created till that time, holding onto that vision but never seeing who the person was in the dream. When they met now-husband Peter they knew very quickly they were in love which was different and difficult coming from a past relationship that didn't work, having to work further on themselves to not let fear make choices, not let any feeling other than love speak. Married now for 2 years it is the conscious relationship they really wanted; the more they overcame their own fear and baggage/trauma from past relationship, the more they could let their heart lead and listen to that one voice saying "go in this way" while cutting through noise of other voices (despite best intentions) saying doubts. They emphasize: "if you believe, behave, and become what you seek, how could you not get exactly that."
She Trusted Her Truth – and Healed Her Knees
