She Chose to Live Differently – and Cleared Cervical Cancer
A Norwegian intensive care nurse and HR director diagnosed with stage 4 cervical cancer in 2022 (with three children ages 10, 11, and 13) underwent chemotherapy that made her extremely sick with multiple sepsis hospitalizations, and the cancer grew despite treatment, followed by radiation that left her with severe sepsis in January 2023 where she thought she was dying but woke up the next morning with renewed determination, telling doctors "being here is making me sick." Woman grew up in state of survival with fear and lack of worthiness, became very competitive feeling needed to be really good at things to be okay, went to competitive engineering school always out socializing. Halfway into 20s diagnosed with endometriosis, asthma and allergies, carpal tunnel syndrome on both wrists, later myasthenia gravis (uncommon neurological condition) making it very difficult to live. Took more than 50 pills per day on extreme diet, tried conventional medicine and healing modalities, nothing worked until found Dr. Joe during pandemic. Meditated morning, lunch, evening with intensive progressive course, watched all testimonials and interviews, worked on emotions focusing on reducing fear (surge of energy from brain to belly happened hundreds of times daily thinking that's how body felt for everyone). First thing to heal was endometriosis which she focused on least, gradually reduced steroids and chemotherapy, became stronger with less pain. She Spoke Her Truth – and Healed After Thyroid Removal
Summer 2021 found breast cancer tumor, had been given Dr. Joe's book 6 months before practicing meditations but not with conviction, diagnosis made her focus seriously, from diagnosis to surgery was 4 weeks, shrunk tumor by 50% never missing day of meditation. Tumor was early stage and manageable but knew it was wakeup call and early warning, if didn't get under bonnet of reasons why it happened, next time wouldn't be straightforward. Had whole history of ill health from teenage years with chronic fatigue and undiagnosed digestive issues, grinding ill health culminating in early 20s with goiter, had thyroid gland taken out, then 30 years of medication trying to get thyroid working properly (really hard work not having functioning thyroid). Doing meditations was aware of constriction around throat, scar tissue from surgery but much more than that, real energetic blockage, root was in childhood sexually abused throughout childhood by father. What began as physical violent act of restraining and silencing became adult pattern of self-silencing, as child realized to be safe had to be silent and invisible not presence herself (being on stage really big deal). Heard Dr. Joe at London event say "if you've got problem with fifth center tell the truth," realized lying not lying is not same as telling her truth, had to start speaking truth and learn what that meant. Tried to skip fifth center in meditations then realized had to go through it, milked the constriction in throat, did Blessing of Energy Centers a lot, breath pushing energy up, started to move and clear, felt better and better. Ran out of medication and didn't take it, continued feeling better, doctor said "what are you doing not taking medication you must feel terrible," had thyroid panel done and results weren't just good but fantastic, hasn't taken medication since. Dr. Joe noted she had thyroid removed and all thyroid values within normal limits, mentioned another person in audience had thyroid removed and grew new thyroid (doctor dropped ultrasound and ran out of room). Using breath to move energy through fifth center, blessing energy centers moving energy up, body stores trauma, memory, emotion, shuts down in certain areas, she's example of truth.
She Trusted Herself – and Created a Path to Healing
A touring musician from Norway who had traveled the world was diagnosed with breast cancer after having her first child (a 2-year-old son) and didn't want to die, so she started really getting into Dr. Joe's meditations while doctors said she had to do 25 rounds of radiation and 15 rounds of chemo plus immune therapy and hormone blockages—a whole waterfall of medicine. She agreed with her family to do traditional medicine but felt in her heart that medicine and side effects take you down while meditation takes you up, so she used Dr. Joe's meditations throughout to hold herself up, not just thinking but feeling it, and experienced many miracles including lumps that were found but disappeared before they could operate. She saw a specific number of chemo rounds in a meditation (not the prescribed 15) and said "nope that does not feel right," trusting what felt right and experiencing many angels and serendipities coming her way. The radiation destroyed her thyroid and doctors said she had to go on medication, but she said "nope I'm going to continue using Dr. Joe's meditations," and 3 weeks ago at the hospital her doctor asked what medication she'd been on because her thyroid was completely healed (the doctor didn't use the word "heal" but said it was okay) with blood work spot on, and she said "my meditation is my medication." Her doctor responded for the first time, "Yeah, both you and I know, Teresa, that there's more between heaven and earth than we know." She no longer identifies as the person who got sick, is no longer afraid of being sick, and uses meditation to get into her inspiration and soul for writing music and singing, getting into the silence (the void) and coming out with a new song. She now does less and accomplishes more in a good way, no longer white-knuckling through the world, recognizing the disease as her biggest teacher because it opened her up to this world. She traveled from Norway to Florida for her first week-long retreat after attending Basel, Switzerland in May where 8,100 people from 69 countries meditated on peace and becoming better people, wishing she could drink that energy like a shake every morning, coming to sit for a whole week to be an even better version of Teresa when she returns to Norway.
She Left Her Old Identity Behind – and Healed Her Hearing
At age 3, Maria had meningitis and lost hearing on the left side, becoming single-sided deaf when her auditory nerve died, along with balance problems. Her whole reality functioned around hearing only on one side—she was nearly put in special ed but refused because she never wanted to be different, learning to lip read and strategically always sitting on the right side, inventing reasons not to sit in the middle. She hid this disability her entire life, lying on applications saying she had no hidden disabilities, overachieving to prove she was "good enough." In open offices she couldn't tell where sound was coming from, would pick up phones saying "hello, hello" when no one was there, and when people spoke from her left side she would invent her own conversation with them while they had a completely different one. After attending Marco Island and hearing about others healing, a friend suggested she try to heal her ear, but she thought "I'm single-sided deaf, the nerve is dead, there's nothing you can do—punto, that's it." At the third event, after seeing someone cure cancer, something clicked—"if people are doing all these great things, why can't I recreate my nerve? I'm a mother, I gave birth, I have a lot of energy in this body." She decided she wanted to hear her daughter's voice from both sides and to experience stereo sound. For a year before her next event, she reconstructed her auditory nerve in meditation over and over, researching how hearing works. After her second coherence healing at the AFU in Marco Island, during the walking meditation she put on headphones and started feeling vibrations and sensations in her left ear for the first time in 40 years. In her final healing, her body turned into a garden, her heart became a lotus flower, a baby clove came out of her ear, and a being told her "now you have to water your garden." She continued reconstructing her nerve for one month, then went to the best ear doctor in Panama who tested her—5 out of 11 tones tested positive (before it was completely flat/zero for 40 years). The doctor was flabbergasted, saying the nerve is definitely not dead and active, though he claimed her brain had been "repurposed" for 40 years and wouldn't know how to hear. She said "I'm going to teach my brain myself," and now she can hear from both sides and finally understands what stereo is.
She Let Go of Pain – and Reclaimed Strength from Muscular Dystrophy
Diagnosed at age 17 with FSHD muscular dystrophy, started in lower abs then progressed over years to ankles, legs, hips causing everything to shift, main problem in shoulders preventing lifting arms above head. 2020 started getting sick with fertility issues, premature menopause, lost half hair, extremely fatigued depressed, blood work showed cascade of hormone imbalances, thyroid issues, multiple blood disorders, protein and nutrient deficiencies. Retested for blood disorders showing severe anemia and neutropenia with no or limited white blood cells, six weeks retesting showed white blood cells continued deteriorating worse and worse. Sent to oncologists for regular cancer screening, living in total fear, became obsessed with controlling environment through diet and specialists, oncologist said isolate from world due to severe neutropenia, common cold could kill, too sick for vaccine, can't work in office anymore. Progressed to Mast Cell Activation Syndrome and multiple chemical sensitivity, allergic to environment, eating only 10 foods, severe shooting nerve pain in legs, sleep issues waking in panic gasping for air, muscle loss, osteopenia bones breaking, fell breaking right humerus second largest bone requiring surgery and metal plates. Tested for 12 toxic molds positive for 10 with 80% in 95th percentile, body colonized with mold composting from inside out, Marcons bacterial infection lost hearing left ear. Had to sell house and get rid of everything owned, sitting in new apartment feeling sorry for herself severe cognitive issues and dementia spells, kept hearing about Dr. Joe Dispenza in podcasts. Started meditating 7 hours daily because so sick could barely stand, one day woke with energy and left ear popped open hearing again, could see clearly rather than double vision, chose love and freedom showing up for herself first time, stopped seeing doctors and taking medications including hormone replacement therapy. From no quality of life to working again within six weeks six months ago, towards end mystical experience saw light angels saying would be healed with no withdrawals, voice said do you not trust child as arm moved opiates to garbage, 12 years opiate addiction ended with only three days occasional thoughts wondering if getting sick then meditating through it, body making own chemicals and opioids.
Becoming Worthy – and Gently Healing PTSD
Joined army straight out of high school in 2002, deployed multiple times starting as Human Resources, reclassed to infantry, all way up to sniper in 82nd and Special Forces. From those military experiences dealt with lot of PTSD, feeling unworthiness, didn't care about anything, felt deserved to be punished for things that happened in past, hard to explain how difficult life is when can barely get out of bed, can't take care of child you're parent of because all energy taken just trying to move or do anything, down all time, depressed, angry, don't even know why anymore. Daughter and ex-wife told him "hey Dad they're healing PTSD," he said "no way that's unhealable" because been through everything Army and VA offered, taken medication, nothing worked, when diagnosed they said "there's no cure for this." Came to event as empty cup, never studied anything, did exactly what Dr. Joe says, wasn't expecting anything, saw videos of people in military getting healed and thought "if they can do it I can do it too." Can breathe again, feels like everything's lifted off shoulders, able to see life and love for first time ever. What he feels now is love again, instead of unworthiness feels worthy ("I am worthy to be happy, worthy to live, worthy"), feels happy, feels joy, excited to live, excited to get out of bed now and do stuff, just such great feeling.
She Healed a Hole in Her Heart – and Became Whole
Born with a hole in her heart and given a life expectancy of 12 years, she underwent surgery at age 6 but was told she would always be weaker and face limitations. In her 20s she developed severe panic attacks, heart arrhythmia, and digestive problems that left her passing out from pain. She Became ‘Inspired’ – and Healed Nerve Pain
In February, she woke up at midnight with intense pain on her right side, initially thinking it was a spasm, but when she couldn't get up and had to slither down the bed, realized it wasn't regular pain. Her radiologist said she was "five steps away from surgery" - MRI showed she had broken her L1 with the nerve impinged on C5 and C6, with nucleus acid from inside rubbing on the nerve root causing unbearable pain. The physiotherapist explained the severity but she insisted on no surgery, choosing not to take medication at all despite being unable to sit, recline, or lay on her back (only squat, walk briefly, and maybe rest her head on pillows for 30 minutes in extreme fatigue). After days of self-criticism and sabotaging thoughts about failure patterns, she shifted to longer meditations (previously just 15 minutes of Tuning In to New Potentials morning and evening), doing the full breath work for 10 minutes and Synchronizing Your Energy Centers meditation. During the breath on day 5, something literally picked her up from her bed 3 feet high and placed her on the floor on her back with no pain - she heard Dr. Joe saying "next breath, get up" and experienced profound energy movement like something wringing her arm like a wet cloth. The meditation would end and pain would return, but during the practice there was no pain, which was her signal that the Divine exists and showed itself to her, wiping away years of doubt. She's now healed, not wearing her neck brace, grateful that pushing her practice brought intense knowingness that when she calls, Spirit answers.
He Overcame Doubt and Healed Bell’s Palsy
Huge skeptic of Joe Dispenza had Bell's palsy 3 times in early 20s (1% of 1% lottery), on left side and right side twice with permanent nerve damage in right corner of mouth, eyes wouldn't blink at same rate, treated like leper when can't move half face with food dripping, can't speak properly, looks like stroke, very fearful going into meditations thinking might happen in brain again. Son Max had double hip surgery, father agreed to come to event for Max's emotional recovery from surgery, tweaked back picking up bag of mulch at Costco, Max said good time to start the work. First 5 minutes of meditation felt really warm feeling on face that freaked him out, felt energy released from face, 20 minutes later started feeling smiling equally (hasn't smiled in photograph since early 20s). About week later doing meditation felt pain in back of shoulder going up through neck, back through face, up through sinuses, very painful like getting electrocuted but trusted and kept going, got here and released, immediately able to start blinking at same rate. Week later mother visiting (hadn't seen for more than 5 minutes, upset she couldn't fix son's physical issue) immediately looked at him saying "you're blinking the same, you're smiling, what happened." At 13 was pitcher, tore rotator cuff, right arm was 3 inches shorter so every suit tailor would say arms aren't same length. In meditation moving shoulder did slight pull on arm would never do consciously, felt something go around shoulder and release. Next morning talking to Max about weird things happening, Max said "put out your arms," right arm was half inch longer. For someone who was massive skeptic turned off by walking out of wheelchairs stories, this was really small thing but had obviously been holding it whole life, says be skeptical and you'll be surprised.
Living With Joy and Intention Healed Her Vision
Diagnosed at age 2.5 with strabismus (inability for eyes to track together - left eye moved differently than right eye) due to congenital birth abnormalities, she wore glasses or contacts from age 2.5 to 33 (over 30 years). After discovering Dr. Joe's work about 1.5 years ago and attending Cancun the previous summer, she decided to put healing her vision into the field with intentions not just for perfect eye tracking but also to embody her own power, strength, and confidence, recognizing immense shame around her eyes. Shortly after while driving in pouring rain with a walking meditation playing, her right ear started crackling (a sound never heard before), her head was gently turned and held as if in a gentle vice, and for 40 minutes a powerful force of energy moved up her neck into the center of her brain (slightly to the right) while she repeated "I surrender to love, thank you." After 3-4 weeks of integration, she no longer needs glasses or contacts except for very fine print.
Free From Chemo After 18 Years
A woman diagnosed in July 2005 with stage 4 HER2 positive breast cancer metastatic to spine (three crushed vertebrae) and lymph nodes when her fourth child was 7 months old, continued treatment for 18 years, never questioning needing chemo for the rest of her life to stay alive and experiencing no side effects because she decided she wouldn't. Doctor said vertebral artery blocked and closed but if piece breaks off will have stroke and die. He Embraced Gratitude and Beat Autoimmune Disease
August 5th 2015, motorcycle accident caused L1 vertebrae to explode into multiple pieces, immediate full paraplegia from waist down. Emergency six vertebrae spinal fusion T11 to L3, three and a half weeks in hospital with no motor control. Did not urinate for six to seven months on own, used self catheters four to five times daily. Day three meditation, body vibrating and shaking, saw leg pixelate into energetic molecular form, felt energy moving along leg putting it back together like heat and vibration. Afterward could move toes individually on left foot, curved toes on right straightened, sensation returned to areas that were completely numb for five and a half years.

She Overcame Herself – and Symptoms of Liver Failure
A person attended June 2023 Cancun retreat seeking more happiness, love, and joy, finding the coherence healings most impactful as they sent love to help heal others, then joined a remote coherence healing group to continue the practice. About a week before the December retreat they developed a fever lasting over a week, and on the first day of retreat they showed up with fever still present and started turning yellow (skin and eyes) - doctors did blood test and IV, with results showing liver levels so high they only see them in people experiencing liver failure, requiring hospital transfer for more testing. Doctors said sometimes in people who used to drink heavily (15 years of alcohol, stopped 1 year before), when the liver gets a break it decides to detox all built-up toxins, and also noted the liver represents resentment, fear, and anger on the paternal side. After extensive tests and scans finding nothing with no diagnosis, they were released back to the event just in time for coherence healings. They were able to be a healee for all 3 coherence healings in Cancun, going in "really really intentional about this isn't mine, I don't want to keep it," knowing if they showed up with fear or resistance they would keep it and it would become a disease they'd live with forever, so they went in as open as possible to let go, be stronger than environment and body, and surrender. During the healing they felt an immense amount of energy unlike anything ever felt moving through their body with uncontrollable movement, but had a sense of safety throughout and sense that "this is exactly what needs to happen in order to let this out." They asked for blood tests immediately after the third coherence healing, and when they got back home with zero medical intervention (no medicine, no drugs, no treatments) other than an open heart and coherence healings, their liver levels were back to perfect.

She knew she was healed, felt her past leaving her like a ghost energy going away, then started laughing because she felt so free, knowing "that was it" - for the first time in 30 years she's pain-free. She went dancing that morning with the crowd in front of Dr. Joe's scene feeling beautiful, free, and not the same person anymore, knowing "everything is in the past and this time nothing will come back because it just doesn't belong anymore, I can't have that in my energy."
By Becoming Love, She Healed Cancer

Walking Into Her New Life – Free From Arthritis
Diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis January this year with symptoms coming on very suddenly, from one day to next couldn't walk, got worse throughout month, doctors said uncurable disease, asked how many patients gotten through without medication (didn't want crazy cancer drugs they offered), very few reported symptom-free without medication. Started Joe Dispenza meditations October 2022, knew about him from 2004 "What The Bleep Do We Know" movie but hadn't gotten into meditations before. Another stressful situation around 2018 showed direct relationship between stress and dramatic physical reaction, did 15-minute meditations then but never longer. Knew in heart could heal herself but didn't know how, kept meditating, wanted to come to events but couldn't walk well enough (asked exactly how long walk from hotel to ballroom was). Finally attended Marco Island retreat, first walking meditation ever (never tried because couldn't walk well enough), on beach with two walking sticks and cane, during first part felt invigorating energy, second portion standing still hoped he'd tell her to walk again, started walking second time and two minutes in decided to just hold sticks at side not needing them. For first time in 6 months felt balance and not giving out on herself, walked to room, put walking sticks in corner, went to breakfast area and got two cups hot tea because she could (didn't have to balance cane), since that time has not touched cane.

Meditated two to three times daily doing Changing Habit of Being Yourself and Blessing Energy Centers, connected to healed feeling in one powerful meditation. May 19th Pet scan showed zero hypermetabolic activity in entire body after just two months rigorous meditation, amazed at possibility of complete healing.
No Longer Afraid – or ‘Allergic to Everything’

He Stepped Into the Unknown – and Found His Voice
Lost his voice for four years to spasmodic dysphonia, a neurological disorder causing choppy, breaking-up speech that made simple activities like ordering room service impossible - hotels hung up four times thinking it was a bad connection. Medical treatment was Botox injections through the neck every other month, which he refused. Starting in 2002, a highly stressful job triggered stinging needle-like sensations throughout her body that intensified over years, leading to diagnoses of PTSD, fibromyalgia, polymyalgia, syringomyelia, depression, and anxiety. Living with anaphylactic shock protocol, unable to eat most foods or be around perfumes, she began YouTube meditations with no experience and during her third week doing Blessing of Energy Centers 2, experienced explosive energy erupting from her body with uncontrollable arm convulsions lasting the entire meditation. After 24 hours of altered perception where the world appeared to undulate, she discovered she no longer reacted to any foods or triggers, hasn't needed emergency medications since that meditation, and retired from trauma psychotherapy to focus on this work.
Healing Vertigo by Becoming Whole
A person came to the week-long retreat to find true love and wholeness (not to cure disease), but arrived with such severe vertigo they couldn't walk a straight line and needed to bring a support person to assist them. On the first night and second day during meditation, they experienced intense flushing in their ear and had to practice separating from the sensation as Dr. Joe teaches. When they got up and packed their things after meditation, they realized they were walking without wobbling or veering side to side—the vertigo had completely disappeared and hasn't returned since. They went from being unable to walk even a few feet without falling over to walking so fast their friend can't keep up with them. During a meditation later in the week, they felt love within and without, felt connected to every single person, really surrendered without expectation, and received so many things. Multiple other improvements occurred: blood pressure equalized, pain reduced, fatigue decreased, and energy increased, with the sense that "this is just the beginning."
Remembering Herself – and a Life Free of Pain
A woman who suffered a severe motorcycle accident at age 11 resulting in a compound fractured femur, shattered tibia/fibula (losing 4 inches), crushed ankle, and other injuries, spent 19 months hospitalized and was addicted to morphine for 12 months, leading to hair loss, cavities, and parasystolic system dysfunction. She was never expected to walk and her ankle fused at greater than 90 degrees, causing chronic pain from day one, compounded by Lyme disease 14 years ago adding chronic fatigue, then a fall 5.5 years ago shattering her femur due to brittle bones, requiring a cane, crutches, transfer belt, double braces with rods, and extensive K-tape just to function while standing for work. She came to the event expecting only to learn more pain management Band-Aid solutions but experienced profound healing, dropping her cane before lunch on the first day, with significant pain reduction and restored movement, realizing "this is going to be gone." During her first healing, intense energy went straight to her heart making her feel like her bra broke, and she received feedback from team members about the love radiating from her, leading her to sleep differently, roll on both sides (which she couldn't do before), leave her cane in the room, and discover she could move her knee and see dancing in her future.
A Doctor Finds Healing – and Release
Doctor (healthcare professional working with Amazon tribes) had traumatic brain injury at age 18 from skateboarding accident - fell at 40 mph, cracked skull, bled in brain in six places. Lost smell, taste, short-term memory, and ability to cry. Therapist said it's normal after such trauma to never cry again. Went to Cancun retreat without clear intention. During second walking meditation on beach at sunrise with 1500 people, experienced traveling to different time-space, saw older version of his father, felt overwhelming love that made him cry for first time in years. Heart exploded open. Played Interstellar theme song, danced crying in ocean alone. Describes it as moving from power center (third center) to heart center (fourth center). Everything in his life and medical practice expanded 10x after heart opened. His father (also a doctor) attended later retreat to have his own experience.
