She Surrendered to Love and Released the Pain

Summary

A woman was abused as a baby and didn't know it for a long time, experiencing stress symptoms throughout childhood and teenage years including severe eczema, a stomach ulcer by age 14 requiring anti-acids to eat, and losing half her hair at age 19, with doctors dismissing symptoms as studies, fatigue, or hormones. By age 35 she developed Hashimoto's disease and couldn't even climb stairs, having to crawl on hands and feet due to no energy, with suicidal thoughts, but doctors with tons of supplements kept saying it was chronic fatigue normal for moms with 3 kids, not taking her seriously causing her to lose hope. She discovered Dr. Joe's meditations and did them devotedly which helped symptoms but she felt she wasn't healing and needed more, so she went to a retreat. Day 1 yesterday was very hard with her body battling her, pain getting worse and worse with each meditation until the last one where she wanted to surrender and get through it. This morning she made a deal to surrender more, not asking for healing but wanting to embrace and accept pain, just trust, and after watching Dr. Joe's healing videos something told her "this is the day, this is my day, I will not let anything come in the way of my healing - any pain, any thought, any distraction - I'm totally committed because if not now, when?" During the breath work she squeezed the first 3 centers completely wanting to transmute all the pain and remove energy from it; for the first time doing breath she completely left her body not knowing where she was with sound and everything disappearing (not knowing if it was 100 years or 1 second), and when she came back her body became completely illuminated with light, very electric and vibrating all over. During Blessing of the Energy Centers she prayed for energy in her first 3 centers to come to her 4th center (heart) to be transmuted into love and let go; when Dr. Joe said "1 and 4" at the same time everything went into her 4th center, her heart blew up, everything was white light, and the love made her sob because it was so beautiful. She knew she was healed, felt her past leaving her like a ghost energy going away, then started laughing because she felt so free, knowing "that was it" - for the first time in 30 years she's pain-free. She went dancing that morning with the crowd in front of Dr. Joe's scene feeling beautiful, free, and not the same person anymore, knowing "everything is in the past and this time nothing will come back because it just doesn't belong anymore, I can't have that in my energy."
