Summary

Woman diagnosed young with psoriasis and an adrenal disorder (twin sister has Addison's disease, hers not quite as severe) causing perpetual mono that left her out of work for months at a time, severe digestion problems preventing vitamin B12 absorption, tongue fissuring, inability to eat, and later developed severe yeast-derived food allergies preventing her from eating anything for 2 years, with hair falling out and severe constant anxiety that kept getting worse. At age 29, she got married and her husband committed suicide 3 months later. Years later a friend introduced her to Dr. Joe in 2012, she started meditations with "Breaking the Habit" focusing mainly on physical issues, then in 2013 was sexually assaulted (really bad emotional trauma) but had the meditations to fall back on, attended her first progressive workshop right before having to report the assault. Before a coherence healing at an event, during meditation she felt "somebody pinching me inside" and a voice said "you will never have a problem with this again" referring to her adrenal gland. During the coherence healing, "a hand reached down and grabbed my heart and pulled my entire body off the floor" in a way she could never do on her own, dropped and pulled her repeatedly, then she released into convulsions and shaking, releasing and releasing until everything was gone. Since then has never had adrenal problems, eats whatever she wants including sugar and red wine, and 2.5 months after doing meditations morning, day and night, woke up one day having forgotten about the psoriasis on her scalp and it was completely gone.
