Years of Guilt and Shame Transformed Into Love

Summary

Woman carried shame and guilt for 20 years after abortion, felt unworthy to live, hoped not to wake up each morning but terrified when she did, lived in survival mode fighting everything. After 10 years knew couldn't continue but felt unable to take own life due to guilt or live as she was, began healing journey. First week-long retreat in Vienna initially resistant, hated the work, wanted to go home, phoned husband who agreed but decided to stay all-in and asked God for a sign. Walking meditation discovered huge cross in park confirming to continue, during meditation felt nothing in first center at first, then experienced massive love, heart opened completely, whole body on fire with indescribable love. Second meditation daughter appeared sending more love, confirmed she is loved by God, shame and guilt vanished completely. Now wakes with love every day, starts with love, unrecognizable to others, received new life through self-love enabling her to love her life.
