She Overcame Infertility – and Became a Mother

Summary

A woman who began soul-searching after losing her mother in 2012 discovered Dr. Joe Dispenza and spent years (2017-2019) reading his books and developing meditation practice, gaining tools to create her own life. In 2020 at age 42, she was diagnosed with infertility and non-existent AMH levels with only one viable follicle, but immediately rejected the doctor's prognosis saying "That's not my story," knowing she would become a mom somehow. She dove deep into meditating twice daily, rereading Joe's books, using YouTube resources, and daily mental rehearsals and visualization of her child, despite never attending retreats. By the first week of July 2020, her doctor found four follicles (unprecedented gain when women only lose follicles), and by end of July she was pregnant. Her son turned 4 years old, and she attended her first progressive retreat in Los Angeles to celebrate this full-circle moment, crediting the meditations, mental rehearsals, and visualizations for her body creating eggs and manifesting her dream of motherhood.
