Summary

Father died after being sick for two decades, had made peace with death long before but day he passed couldn't bend left thumb with severe pain, developed progressive stiffness in arms and hands, tingling fingers, numbness. Year and a half later severe back and neck pain appeared, radiologist found bulged disc in neck and herniated discs in back, immediately refused steroids telling doctor she knew she could heal herself without mentioning Dr. Joe's work. Started morning meditations focusing on who she wanted to be walking into work - strong person without back or neck pain because disease wasn't her identity. Attended Dubai event feeling symbolic destiny to heal in Holy Land where prophets revealed messages, during coherence healing felt neck cracking, next day during pineal gland meditation body went completely numb like smothered in thick gooey healing energy. Teammate noticed she didn't move entire meditation (after week of being fidgety with 3 daily nosebleeds), all pain vanished, numbness disappeared, regained full hand flexibility without stiffness for first time in years.
