Woman diagnosed with anal fissure in 2019 after surgery complications, experiencing indescribable pain and bleeding from internal hemorrhoids for over a year. After reading Dr. Joe's book and focusing on First Energy Center work, she practiced forgiveness for childhood sexual abuse and the witnessing of her mother's beating. When unable to attend Marco Island retreat due to false positive COVID test, she created her own Facebook meditation group with 30-40 people and made a pact to never give up trying to heal herself. After a couple months of daily Blessing of Energy Centers meditation, all pain, bleeding, and tinnitus completely disappeared.
