Summary

A woman received a stage 4 cancer diagnosis about a year and two months before her testimony, experiencing a dark night of the soul but deciding never to go there again, kicking her Dr. Joe Dispenza practice into high gear with a clear intention that she was healed while maintaining elevated emotions of joy, gratitude, and an open heart. Her cancer diagnosis brought her to her knees, making life precious and every moment (every sunrise, every morsel of food) more delicious, and after focusing on the generous present moment and opening her heart, miracles started happening - she found a new doctor with fire in her eyes to heal her (after the previous doctor's mistakes allowed stage 1 breast cancer to progress to stage 4), who prescribed hardcore chemotherapy, double mastectomy, and radiation. Throughout treatment she did all of Dr. Joe's videos, bought progressive workshops, and created a chart with her intentions on the left side and feelings on the right (freedom, fulfilled, gratitude, deep sigh of relief, joy, blessed, magnificent, unlimited), holding this coffee-stained, wrinkled chart closest to her heart, never giving up on claiming her healing. A few weeks before her testimony she had a PET scan showing she was cancer-free, and at the advanced workshop she realized the Box meditation teaching was exactly what she had done - putting her future self in a box, falling in love with that person, drawing her with her heart, and becoming who she was, attributing her healing to this work and wanting to help others do the same.
