Bedridden for seven months in 2018 with chronic pain throughout her right side, severe anxiety and depression, doctors found nothing conclusive despite MRIs and specialists who each saw her only five minutes. She discovered "Evolve Your Brain" and made a decision she had to heal, meditating lying down daily for two years with "You Are The Placebo" and "Breaking The Habit of Being Yourself" meditations. During changing boxes meditation, she processed guilt and as it left her body experienced a "tectonic shift" - literal thumping and head movement - instantly healing migraines she'd had since age 12. Feelings of hate and anger emerged that she didn't know she'd been holding. At a retreat, she healed her hip during meditation when white light surrounded it and she felt pain moving through her pelvis - recognizing it as labor pain and loneliness from childbirth, anger at people who didn't support her, and the need to feel seen. The hip socket wouldn't open because it held all that anger about not having the support structure she needed. Once she allowed herself to scream internally and observed the pain traveling, she received the same knowledge she had with the migraine - the instant knowing that her hip was healed.
