Summary

After suicidal divorce in July 2020, a woman started Dr. Joe's meditations going to void as safe place where problems don't exist, committing to 60 days twice daily after hearing "if you do this work continuously and honestly you will know who you truly are." During toughest meditation her body threw every emotion and she refused to get up, then giant yellow sphere appeared saying "this is who you are" and she could change its color with thought. From February to April she studied intensively, developed food sensitivities (SIBO, everything), and at Orlando ate everything with zero issues, all health disappeared temporarily, but symptoms returned cyclically with doubt. At Denver she popped 5 times, released childhood sexual abuse hatred she thought was forgiven, and in 4am meditation saw pixelated rendering of herself emerging from flower of life fractal in indescribable colors - "my field is emitting me, you are the field, you are not this body."
