Summary

This person who always thought they couldn't meditate came to the week-long retreat and not only became a meditator after doing pre-course work but had their life forever changed, having developed unexplained clavicle pain starting on their birthday June 3rd that physical therapy couldn't fix despite also having lifelong neck and back issues they didn't originally come to heal. After their first coherence healing experience which left them deeply moved with tears rolling down their chest, that evening while drifting off to sleep their sheets popped up, their legs did a weird unrepeatable move with their hips shifting, and they heard their clavicle pop with all pain gone and staying gone throughout the remaining days. During the pineal gland meditation on the first lay down, they had their most incredible experience going all-in, traveling to their 2.5-year-old son in Connecticut (first time away from him more than 24 hours) and receiving the biggest hug with the entire weight of his body on them and his little choking arm around their neck completely real, calling their husband afterward who confirmed their son slept past 7 a.m. for the first time (countable on one hand), and when asking their son on FaceTime if he felt mommy hug him he said yes. During one of the last walking meditations when Dr. Joe asked them to look back at the person who showed up and give them love, they experienced giving themselves love for the first time ever (never having done so despite moments of pride), feeling it everywhere and being grateful that without the old version they wouldn't have been at this event to bring their future closer and more real in such a short time.
