February 1st 2019, 7:30pm biking at Cherry Creek State Park on fat bike, took off with bar mitts on, front tire hit log and landed on top of head, heard snap in neck and broke it. Everything went empty space then bright white gold light, felt bliss and loved, saw little boy writing things he wanted to do. Presence gave options: leave, come back as quadriplegic, or go back and heal, chose to heal. Diagnosis was internal decapitation, head literally came off spine, C1 vertebrae shattered, C2 and C3 broke. Surgery eight and a half hours, titanium rods and plate screwed to back of head. Doctor said vertebral artery blocked and closed but if piece breaks off will have stroke and die. Walked next day post-surgery, five days later got off all prescription pain meds using Dr. Joe's meditation, four month checkup showed artery still open.
