By Regulating Herself, She Helped Her Daughter Heal

Summary

Two years ago, daughter Isabelle (now 5) was facing severe health challenges—hyperactive, not sleeping at all during nights, getting a little aggressive, had no eye contact, was nonverbal, really close to autism diagnosis. Went to different doctors with some saying "this is normal" and others saying "be prepared because maybe this is getting worse"—was really difficult to have a day in peace with her. Through research, discovered daughter needed a huge change in lifestyle and diet, which was a huge challenge for the entire family since they worked 10-12 hours per day and couldn't be in charge, getting desperate. Started Dr. Joe's meditations to regulate their nervous system and felt better, started asking God/divine for signs, and the first miracle was a massive layoff at the NGO where they worked—suddenly had time to take care of daughter, start cooking, be more present, and start healing her. Wondered if there was help for autistic kids in Dr. Joe's community, found remote coherence healing for autistic kids, signed up, waited 5-6 months, got the call and was super happy—this gave them some changes. Continued watching transformation stories, found moms who saw big transformations in their kids' lives, realized they needed to attend a retreat but had no job or income and couldn't afford it. Since they have Hashimoto's disease, received 3 coherence healings during retreat, and then the magic/miracle happened—when back at home after the third healing, daughter Isabelle finally started to speak, started to feel more quiet, sleep better, have more quality of life. Almost a year later, daughter is getting better every day, speaking and talking more and more, definitely changing their lives. They do the work every day (meditations morning and night), sometimes receiving downloads of information for daughter—in one meditation saw a beautiful horse eye, eventually understood it was related to horse therapy, found a place that heals using the power of the horse's heart and HeartMath Institute principles (beautiful synchronicity with what they're doing daily).
