Summary

Suffered severe adrenal fatigue and high mercury toxicity levels causing extreme constant tiredness, stopped working some days, couldn't talk or hold phone, taking naps all day with terrible hypoglycemia, brain stopped working with inability to focus or speak in native Spanish language making life miserable. Extremely sensitive to light and sound unable to attend public places, month before workshop doubted ability to travel, noticed differences second day when two hours late for lunch without hunger crash signaling shift. After coherence healing felt dramatic energy shift unprecedented in several years, getting up at 3 a.m. for meditations without needing naps, no headaches talking to people for extended periods after previously getting migraines from 20-minute conversations, regained focus and excitement, tried 13 different doctors and healing modalities unsuccessfully before this.
