Summary

Marianne was diagnosed with rare breast cancer requiring double mastectomy, and experienced severe post-surgery complications including lymphedema, allergic reactions to pain medications, and debilitating pain. At the Mallorca Advanced Week Long Retreat in April 2019, she committed fully to the walking meditation and experienced immediate relief as her arm swelling disappeared and pain vanished. After stopping her daily meditation practice during summer, her pain returned along with another cancer diagnosis, but at the Malta Advanced Week Long Retreat in November 2019, she reconnected with the work, learned she deserves healing, and eliminated her pain while committing to never stop meditating again.
