Summary

Since second child birth developed vestibular system disorder with inner ear crystals in disorder causing severe vertigo, couldn't stand upright initially, healed materially but residual problems remained unable to move head quickly or handle car turns. During workshop watched six people demonstrate breath work responses on stage, initial shame reaction to their public vulnerability demonstrating body convulsions, caught and analyzed shame feeling deciding to release it, transformed to respect and positive jealousy wanting their power, self-confidence, and freedom. Started experiencing energy hiccups during practice intensifying throughout week, husband concerned by intense back arching and body movements during lying meditation, felt beautiful elevated energy. Completed highest balance beam on challenge course without thinking about vestibular disorder possibility, completed backwards trust jump into five meter drop, regained full mobility and quick head movement freedom.
