Summary

A woman had really painful periods and endometriosis all her adult life, along with infertility and three rounds of IVF that didn't work, with the only way to have a pain-free period being the pill (which doesn't work when trying to have a baby), so she'd been off it and putting up with the pain for years that ruled her life, requiring a day off work every month, lots of painkillers, nausea, pain through legs and back, unable to do what she wanted including getting pregnant. She had endometriosis surgically removed a couple of years before but continued having painful periods, just drugging herself to deal with it, until she found Dr. Joe (knew about him for a while) and decided to do the online progressive this year, also taking supplements for a long time but the only new thing was meditating every day. She's now had two completely pain-free periods with no drugs, no nausea, and no lack of energy, even powering through a work event during her last cycle as if nothing was going on. While working through the online progressive to the Blessing of the Energy Centers meditation, she had a sensation during one meditation that her first center was crazy with energy, scrambled and incoherent, and without even trying hard it just released with the word "guilt" coming up (which seemed strange but she went with it), and the energy went into a nice coherent wave. Reflecting on it, she realized at some stage in her childhood she somehow misunderstood and figured out that to be loved she was supposed to be a boy, that she wasn't supposed to be a girl (never had gender issues but connected she wasn't quite right in her role as girl/woman), and this subconscious guilt (she was a tomboy and pushed hard against puberty) was the information from that first center release, which is why she believes the meditation was the reason for her healing.
