In 2020, a man's amazing life collapsed within months - his company closed (job loss), his partner of 15 years left him, and during a checkup he was diagnosed with prostate cancer requiring radiotherapy seeds with erectile dysfunction as a side effect (doctor even mentioned a patient with a mistress who takes a daily pill).
